  • Our policy is no refund and we only accept size exchange or store credit.

Exchanges

  • We only accept size exchange and not applicable to white clothes.
  • International and local clients has 30 days to submit exchange after purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or is the wrong size.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped via UPS
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the e-mail provided.
  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address on your order, we are not responsible for lost packages if you do not e-mail us immediately.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address that is on the package.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
